Dale Blackwell

Nursing Evaluator

Dale is a registered nurse with 50 years of experience across a wide range of clinical and leadership roles. He earned his nursing degree from the Community College of Rhode Island and was a flight nurse as well as a CCATT (Critical Care Air Transport Team) nurse in the U.S. Air Force Reserve for 21 years.

 His civilian career includes 10 years in emergency department nursing and 20 years in the operating room. Outside of his professional life, Dale enjoys snow skiing and is an avid beekeeper.
