Dr. James Patrick O’Neal, MD is a clinical professor at the University of Georgia’s (UGA) Institute for Disaster Management. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Davidson College and received his doctorate from Tulane University School of Medicine.
His responsibility in the CNA Virtual Skills Evaluations program is to assure that our Nurse Evaluators perform evaluations in a manner that demonstrates a testing environment with integrity and professionalism, but with a tone of warmth and caring that encourages the student to perform to the very best of the student’s ability.
