Fadia Lester started her healthcare career by becoming a CNA while still in high school. She then continued to work as a CNA all through college and nursing school at her local hospital and nursing home. She also became a certified critical care nurse (CCRN) and still maintains her certification. Most of Fadia’s nursing career has been in adult CVICU, ICU, and in the ED at a Level 1 Trauma Center. In 2011, she went back to school and completed her BSN.
After obtaining her BSN in 2011, Fadia left bedside care to work in the medical device industry as a clinical consultant/educator. She is a lifelong learner and loves teaching so much that she went back to school again and completed her Masters in Adult Education (MAEd) in 2018.
