Nancy Curdy served as a bedside critical care nurse for 16 years. Nancy continued to serve patients, families, and staff in the ICU, as well as in an outpatient Heart Failure Clinic. She earned certifications as a CCRN, CCNS, and ANP. Later, she obtained a Master’s in Healthcare Quality & Patient Safety and served as the Director of Patient Safety for two large healthcare organizations, also earning certification in Patient Safety and Healthcare Quality. Nancy has loved every second of her career and is now enjoying her work with CNA VSE, evaluating nurse aide skills to help men and women advance in their careers.
