Susan is a Registered Nurse (RN) and earned her Associates Degree in Nursing from Armstrong State College and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South University. Susan started her career as a nursing assistant in long term care during college. She went on to work in long term care as an Assistant Director of Nursing for over ten years. Susan also has worked in Cardiac Intensive Care and has served as a Public Health Nurse for over 30 years, working most recently in Emergency and Healthcare Preparedness. Outside of work, Susan enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
