Why This Program?

Many CNA Candidates face barriers like limited test sites, long travel, and high costs. Our program, supported by the Georgia Department of Community Health, aims to remove those obstacles.

No cost for both training programs and Candidates

Evaluations happen in the Candidate’s familiar training lab (helping reduce test anxiety)

Fast results, delivered within hours

Fully compliant with state regulations

Since launching in Fall 2023, we’ve partnered with 144 training programs across Georgia and conducted more than 7,000 CNA skills evaluations (as of October 2025).

How It Works

Proctored Exam- A registered nurse or licensed practical nurse from your program serves as the proctor. They assist with setup and operate the camera.

Virtual Evaluation- One of our Registered Nurse Evaluators observes the Candidate through Zoom. The process is exactly the same as an in-person exam, with 5 state-approved skills chosen at random.

Fast Results- Results are sent within hours via email and reported directly to the accrediting body.

Get Started

Getting started is easy, simply register for a Proctor Training Session. This virtual session with one of our Nurse Evaluators will walk you through the process and prepare your program to host Candidate evaluations.
