CNA VSE Buttons – Complimentary Request Form

To express our gratitude to the dedicated Proctors and Candidates who work with us, we are pleased to offer complimentary CNA VSE buttons. There is no cost for the buttons or shipping. These buttons are available to request exclusively by Proctors currently working with our program.

Button requests are processed and shipped twice monthly. Depending on when your request is placed, please allow up to two weeks for shipment.*

The CNA Virtual Skills Evaluation project is an initiative within the Institute for Disaster Management (IDM), developed to address the shortage of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in the state of Georgia. This project is funded by the Georgia Department of Community Health.
